Class 2 went for a walk to the woodland to find evidence of the life cycle of flowering plants!
Well done to the children who took part in the Sporting Influence dodgeball competition today. The children played really well and were polite and considerate during their visit to Long Marston Primary School.
We enjoyed a very interesting and informative First Aid Day on Monday when we learned all the basics of first aid and how to help someone when they are injured or in an emergency.

A huge thank you and well done to all our children who created masterpieces for the Easter Egg Competition. We have enjoyed looking at the ‘egg-stravanganza’ of amazing egg creations in our Collective Worship this afternoon.
Well done to our Year 6 children who entertained the residents at Boroughbridge Manor Care Home today by providing an Easter Egg Hunt with prizes and a lovely card. This was a thoughtful and kind act by our eldest children in school – well done Year 6!

What a super science week we have had at Roecliffe! Making glue, creating volcanoes and building nests are just some of the science tasks we have taken part in. To end our week of science activities the whole school took part in a marble run challenge today!
