Well done Year 6!
Well done Year 6 for working your socks off at school and for being so mature this week in the KS2 SAT tests. You have all tried so hard to do your very best and we are very proud of you.
Thank you to Roecliffe parents and family members who are supporting our coronation event by joining us this afternoon at school and experiencing our children taking part in coronation activities for the last part of the afternoon.
Thank you also to families for bringing cakes and buns into school for our fundraising cake stall. It was a pleasure to see so many family members with us at school today!
Class 2 investigated how water travels through a plant. We added food colouring to the water and observed the changes on the flower.
Class 2 went for a walk to the woodland to find evidence of the life cycle of flowering plants!
Well done to the children who took part in the Sporting Influence dodgeball competition today. The children played really well and were polite and considerate during their visit to Long Marston Primary School.
First Aid Experts!
We enjoyed a very interesting and informative First Aid Day on Monday when we learned all the basics of first aid and how to help someone when they are injured or in an emergency.
A little bit of history!
Class 1 have had so much fun today learning all about what things used to be like at Roecliffe school from a past pupil. Thank you!
