Forest School

At Roecliffe we believe that learning outdoors is important for our wellbeing and provides us with the opportunities to learn new skills and develop our understanding and appreciation of natural environments.

Our school is very grateful to the Johnson and Mukherjee Brothers Charitable Trust for providing funding which has allowed our children to learn new outdoor skills through our local Forest School project.

In Forest School sessions we explore, experiment, imagine and create.

As our children will testify:

“It was like school in the woods!”

“We got to do fun things and learned new skills”

“It was AMAZING!!”

“I wish we could do it a million times!”
